3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• We accept payment via Mobile Money, Card (Paystack), and Cash on Delivery.
• Kitchen And Beyond reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

• We offer nationwide delivery across Ghana.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.

6. Warranty

Products sold by Kitchen And Beyond are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer or handled through our customer service team.
