We seek a passionate and knowledgeable Product Demonstrator / Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in showcasing and explaining our products in detail to our online customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.

What you’ll be working on

• Conduct detailed and engaging product demonstrations through online platforms (e.g., videos, live streams, etc.).
• Highlight key features, benefits, and uses of our products to educate and attract customers.
• Use creative and effective methods to showcase products, making them appealing to potential buyers.
• Stay updated on the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Continuously learn about new products and technologies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Train other team members on product features and benefits as needed.
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing detailed product information and support.
• Identify and suggest upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer purchases.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product presentations and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in product demonstration, customer service, or a related role. Experience in the retail or Tech industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of online marketing and sales techniques.
• Ability to create engaging content for various digital platforms.
• Proficient in using video editing software and online communication tools.
• Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about technology and home appliances.
• Creative and innovative in approach to product showcasing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
